Shield Roofing is the best! I worked with Logan and he was absolutely the best. Fasting speedy service, perfection the first time, and a dedicated staff working on whatever I needed. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who's looking to have service done to their house. Logan was extremely responsive and leave before and after pictures were the best!

John Biegler was extremely knowledgeable in regards to a new roof that was put on our home prior to us knowing about Shield Roofing. There were a number of issues with how the other roofing company did the reroof that we just wanted to be done with the problems so we called John. He showed us the incorrect nailing that made some of the shingles not lay flat as well as not having the proper ventilation that should have been installed and several other things that we will get straightened out. We now know to go to Shield Roofing to get the job done properly and professionally.and so should everyone else! Thank you John Biegler and your partner/co-owner Joe Tickle (Hastings STC alum) for your time with us!

Before we knew about Shield Roofing, we had a local company reroof our home from hail damage and they did a very poor job. We called John B. at Shield Roofing to come and look at the nails and shingles that were sticking up and they took care of it pronto without charge even though they didnt do the initial work to reroof. John also said the local company we used didnt allow for sufficient ventilation and we will be going back to get them to take care of this problem that should have been dealt with from the very beginning. The local company didnt even help us get the insurance paperwork done so we could get a reduction in premiums for the new roofJohn helped us complete that as well! Thank you John and Shield Roofing for your professionalism and knowledge of the way a roof should be done correctly!

I struggled to find someone to do a really small job. I contacted Shield using their online form and got an immediate response from Logan. He looked at the job that day and sent a quote by mid afternoon. The work was done the next day!

Customer Service was excellent from Bobby B. who worked closely with my insurance company to get the most out of my policy and upgraded my shingles to class 4 to get a better ongoing insurance rate and better quality roof with an extended warranty. Kudos to the manager who quickly addressed my concern with the re-attachment of the awning to the roof. The roofing crew was efficient and worked hard to complete the project in less than a day without leaving any mess behind! Everything went well and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and would highly recommend Shield Roofing company to anyone!

Back in July we had a tree fall on our roof, putting a hole through it. We contacted Shield Roofing at 10:30pm that night and by 8am the next day they had called and arranged for a crew to remove the very large branch and patch the hole by the end of the day. We didnt even hear back from other companies until later that evening. The crew removed the tree without damaging our gutters and the supervisor stayed the whole time to make sure that the job was completed safely and without adding additional damage. We were able to work with both Joe and John, the owners of the business, and their customer service was prompt, professional, and friendly. They professionally communicated with both us and our insurance company. The roof is done beautifully and they even were able to add in a vent we needed to keep our attic to code. We couldnt be more pleased with the service and product we received working with Shield Roofing. We will absolutely turn to them again!

The best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Period. Zach Gregg made the roofing replacement seamless and effortless! From the inspection to coordinating with the insurance adjuster, to scheduling, installing and cleanup. Absolutely amazing work!

The crew showed up on time and ready to work. The tear off went smooth. Changing the roof vents with a ridge vent went as planned. New flashing and shingles look great. They did a great job on the cleanup and were done in one day.

When we had wind damage to our roof shingles, I called Shield Roofing and Joe answered the phone and came out the same day to view the damage and give us an estimate. He emailed the estimate bid same day and the repair crew came the next day and made the repair. We were very happy with the service and with the work that was done.
